Shipping and returns:

 

Shipping & Delivery:
  1. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking details of every shipment shall be shared via email and SMS with the customer.
  2. The shipping charge shall be FREE for all orders.
  3. The Eure Cosmetics shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the order that happened due to a factor beyond the control, such as:-
    1. Weather conditions
    2. Any strike which affects the transportation and delivery of the order.
    3. Customers should not accept a parcel if the packing is not intact or tempered
    4. The customers should accept to provide the acknowledgment of the receipt of the Parcels.
Return and refunds:

At Eure Cosmetics, we attempt to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered. Eure Comestics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at eurecustomercare@gmail.com eurecustomercare@gmail.com

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms:-

  • Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
  • Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Eure,
  • COD Orders & Online Orders are not eligible for Refunds but only Replacements.
  • Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
